Certified archery instructors will cover archery basics using a compound bow during this two-day camp. Campers will learn basic archery instruction, as well as tournament style shooting, and take part in fun archery games.

The St. X Golf Camp aims to provide instruction in all facets of the game including grip, stance, swing, putting, short game, and mental strategy. The camp will be staffed by St. Xavier Golf Team Coaches, including award winning PGA Member and Teaching Professional, Randy Neufarth, and Certified Golf Teacher, Michele Kallick.

Cincinnati Reds Softball Camp
This is the most important thing to understand about the Reds Baseball and Softball Camps. It doesn't matter if your athlete is six and picking up a bat for the first time or 14 and is a stud shortstop for the Tri-State's top travel team. This camp will profoundly improve each player's ability to play the game. The camper would have to sleepwalk through the week to not be a better ballplayer on Friday than he or she was on Monday.

McNicholas High School Track & Field Camp (Boys and Girls)
Campers will be introduced to many of the Ohio state-sanctioned track and field events, including sprints, distance, high jump, long jump and throws. The camp will also educate participants about proper warm up and cool down techniques, stretching, form running, race strategy, starting blocks, nutrition, and injury prevention. Finally, the camp will conclude with a track meet, where all participants will get a chance to show off what they’ve learned.

UNDERWATER HOCKEY
Roger Bacon High School Underwater Hockey Camp
Underwater Hockey is an intense sport played on the bottom of a pool with two teams of six players each. Players score goals by maneuvering the puck with a 12 inch wooden stick past their opponents. Here is where fun and uniqueness meet the water! Skills that will be taught include: using a snorkel, learning to swim with a mask, snorkel, and fins, puck handling, and team formations. Campers need to be able to swim well.
